Health care is most important for the population of London , in the United Kingdom and these report covers the roles of heath care organizations like National Health and Social Care and World Health Organization which provides statistical data about the infectious and non – infectious disease, different approaches and controlling strategies of the disease, current priorities and approaches, prevalence of disease, impact of current lifestyle, well-being priorities, and forth (Choi and et. al., 2015).

1.1 Roles of different agencies in identifying levels of health and disease in communities
There are numerous agencies which prevents the society from perils of disease including World Health Organization (WHO), Primary Care Trust, National Health and Social Care (NHS), and so on. These all organizations has different policies but they has a single motive and that is to create a safe environment for the public and they also forms risk free atmosphere. There are such institution which are working for the public health and care are described below-
World Health Organization – World Health Organization works for health issues on international level and its main agenda is to provide support for healthy life. The agency collects the data about all types of disease that have significant impact on the public health and it also establishes the process to provide assistance to overcome the affect on individual and society. Its major role is to analyse condition of people across the world and renders the essential support by offering funds and technology to overcome the affect of disease and increase the health level (Wodarski, 2014).
National Health and Social Care – The National Health and Social Care is also a leading organization is the UK which provides direction and local health and social care organisation in the country. It maintains the service standard through monitoring disease through out the society in a proper manner. NHS also analyse the data for non – infectious and infectious disease in order to develop more proficient data to overcome the negative impact on the health of population.

1.2 Explain using statistical data, the epidemiology of one infectious and one non- infectious disease
There are two major kinds of disease that is also known as infectious and non – infectious diseases. The infectious disease refers to the flu due to the organic disorder due to bacteria, viruses like diabetes, HIV. On the other side, non – infectious disease is refers to the non – communicable disorders that arises from the heredity or dietary habits etc (Kohl and et. al., 2012,).
