Weakness:
No knowledge of person: HR manager takes information of candidate by taking the interview but it then also they cannot receive full data regrading the applicant. Due to this firm cannot perform better. Hence they cannot achieve their objectives (Marchington, and et. al., 2016). So they have to create methods so that they can receive full information about candidate. Hence as a result firm cannot enhance their performance.
Communication gap: Manager us not familiar is with the candidate as they do not belong to company. Hence there is lack of communication between manager and employees. Hence manager cannot interact with all staff members. Thus employees cannot perform well in the firm. Hence they cannot give good results. Thus firm cannot maintain distinct position market as well in front of users.
Third-party recruitment:
When company selects consultancy and thus an agency selects employees then it is known a third party recruitment. Strengths and weakness are:

Good relationship: Company tries to create strong and good relationship with workers so that they can perform well. Consultancy takes interview and takes information with applicant. They also interacts with applicant and tell about the company and also solve their issues. Hence they can maintain strong relationship with the applicant.
Candidate monitoring: In this process consultancy selects right applicant who is suitable for the job. Thus form can perform well.
Weakness:
Lack of control: Thomas corporation do not interfere in work done by consultancy. Thus they cannot take any decisions.
Indirect access: Thomas corporation has to maintain trust on company that they have use rational and fair methods to select staff members. As firm do not interfere much so hence it cannot monitor the work of agency properly (Nica, 2016).
