INTRODUCTION
In the present scenario, it is needed to make sure that there is a needed of health and safety in the workplace which are mainly concern. It is one the most important aspects and integral part of healthcare services. It is one of the most vital aspects of health and safety in the issuance of health and social care service. Therefore, the health care services of management and staff workers are mainly accountable that make sure that there is a health and safety in the car service setting of health and social (Sargeant and Giovannone, 2011).. The present assignment is based upon the health and safety legislation in the health and social care services. Therefore, the whole brief there is an also discussion on the requirements of health and safety that are direct affecting the practitioner work in health and social care services. Thereafter, there is an analysis of reviewing and monitoring health and social care system in the workplace.

1.1Review system communicating health and safety within a health and social care workplace
Communication system needs to be effective in the workplace so, the clients able to contact or transfer message to another party in most desired manner. In regard to this, health and social care workplace needs to adopting the most appropriate communication system. Therefore, NHS adopts various system in the workplace which are describe as follows-
Induction training- Most firms are needed to carrying out induction training through they can able to introduce its firms, their personnel and working condition (Clarke, 2010). Therefore, it facilitates the employees to make understanding the main roles and structure of the organisation they are working. In context to health and safety there is a compulsory for the HSC to carry out the survey of people so, able to receive the induction of HSC.
Data protection act 1988- The NHS adopts the data protection act 1988 in the workplace for the purpose of protecting the data of service users. It is a responsibility of health and safety care is that to protect the data and record data of personal information such as political and religious beliefs, health, criminal record, sexuality and user’s ethnicity etc. It keeps the information safer and it also makes sure that client’s information remains secure and confidential.

The other duty of employers is that to assessing the risk arises in the workplace and controlling effectively any kind of risks that could arises in the NHS.
