It is essential that organisation must set targets and deliver them to workers so it provides direction to employees. This report is based on Aldgate Health Clinic for Men (AHCM) , which run by three stakeholders, whose motive is to encourage men to be more proactive so they can take care of their health. This report enhances knowledge about philosophy of working in partnership, partnership relationships, different models of partnership, current legislation and organisational practices and policies. It also talks about working experience, possible outcomes of partnership working, potential barriers of business concern.

Philosophies can be implemented in better way through active participation of partners (Bryson, 2016).

Independence is one factor which says that company has to make policies which are flexible so corrective measures can be take in better way. Dignity means to respect.
