The model consists of four stages: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation, all working together in a continuous cycle. This approach enables students to deepen their learning by recounting and evaluating their experiences during reflective observation. Additionally, the model supports critical reflection, linking past experiences to prior knowledge, expectations, and outcomes. These insights help improve both personal and academic management skills. The report will explore these concepts in detail, building upon the ideas outlined in this introduction.

Reflection.
For providing and evaluate effective reflection, here is use Kolb's reflective model. This model is more effective and valuable for explain their own experimental experiences in effective manner. Kolb's stated that the learning in involves the various thinks and acquisition of abstract concept which is help to provide flexibility in various range of situations. This implies various strategy for proper development needs and new concepts which is help to provide new and better experiences. This model is help review and analysis the whole project work with their own skills for working in appropriate manner (Kyllonen, 2016). Also, provide practical and experimental knowledge to learn more effective work with effective knowledge and concept building. This has four elements which are explained effectiveness application of this model are as follows by making various topics for appropriate work are as follows:
Concrete experiences:
This help to create physical experience a situation which makes realize need to reflect in the systematic manner. In this we have make proper notes for work. Effective management of my self is very important and effective for me. This creates various opportunities for me in the future. I have power point skills which is help to me for creating academic work (Yaseenee and Methew, 2019). By using my skills and new techniques is gives appropriate power point slide. On the other side, I have experiences of effective team work management skills which is helpful for me to management work but not understand how to dividing work in team equally. For that, I have taking help of Belbin team role theory which is help to me for knowing about role of each team member (Lemon, 2018). I have various and effective management skills are help to me for manage work in appropriate manner. I have to work on my some presentation skills for giving effective presentation to others. Those experiences are created work in proper and effective format by using more work with more and specific work.
Reflective observation:
The written description of experience is help to make proper and effective learnings which is deeply happens in every situation. Integration of information by using appropriate sources which is help to enhance and support the academic presentation of work. For I thought required appropriate research skills to manage work appropriately in effective manner. Observation of information is help to me for make proper integration with information. I have collect various academic information through which make proper and effective reflective writing by proper observation of work. For making appropriate work I need to build my research skills in correct format is help to use academic sources. Academic sources are very important and effective for me to provide academic work (Reflective model according to Kolb, 2017). As per that, my University is guide me for collecting academic sources. With the help of this, I am able to present attractive and better work in front of whole class by including all relevant skills which are important to topic. This is very helpful for me to complete effective and valuable work by managing more effectiveness. Without academic collection work is failed and not completed in appropriate manner by using more effectiveness for works. This situation is arisen by not collecting appreciate works in project format. This can create various negative aspects which are not good for me to presenting work. I have various skills which are help to me for complete professional work in effective manner. My teacher and seniors are said that academic collection, research skills and academic sources are help to make positive growth of work in projective manner.

In this, all the here I make various conclusion for completing work in effective manner by using appropriate style of work compilation. Those are creates more effectiveness for me by collecting academic sources through proper research skills. My University and teachers said that, it is very important make the best project without any similarity of work by making proper academic integrity of work. In respect of that, I have need to know about those strategies which help to for reducing and avoid plagiarism for work context (O’Dwyer, Pinto and McDonough, 2018). Avoid plagiarism is better for my future to create proper and effective professional work. The similarity is reduced attractiveness of project. For that I have to use synonyms of every word which can I used in the text for reducing plagiarism. Plagiarism is not created academic work in reality context which is not good and effective for manage proper work. On the other side, using Harvard referencing is support my work to make very professionalism manner and presenting academic work format. For that, my University is provide instructions to use academic sources and Harvard reference in work context by managing appropriateness of work in proper manner.
Active experimentation:
This created now practising the new and effective learnings with completing more experiences in appropriate manner. Here is all the aspects puts for making appropriate management work in respective manner. Experiment of work is help to understand process of work like how to use those skills for completing work in appropriate format. With the help of this work is completed with more effectiveness (Sambrook, 2017). As per the above, I understand that I have various skills which are help to me for manage and provide appropriate working strategy. Those are creates more effectiveness for me to understand work. I analysed that I am weak in collecting academic sources related to topic and creating more effectiveness for work. I need to avoid plagiarism by using synonyms of words, for that I have to learn more about work. I put various efforts for design effective power point presentation by using various presentation skills which are more important and effective for me to complete work. At the time of writing, I put various characteristics of academic writing for managed work and reduce complexity of work by avoiding jargon from context. Here I build more accuracy of work to build more appreciate work format. Those are helping for building work in appropriate manner in my future.
As per the analysis, I have evaluated and analysed all the important and effective skills in appropriate manner. In respect of that, I have power point skills, effective research skills, better integration of work and with academic sources. Those are help to me for understand. For building more effectiveness I need to improve my some skills and understanding which are help to managed work in appropriate manner (Sledge, 2019). Improving skill, I need to make some strategies with the help of those I can improve skills.

I have learned various skills which are more important for effective management of me and academic work. I have learned the power point and presentation skills in more effective way by making proper notes of work and step by step process. This help to me for understand each work in appropriate format of working.

To achieve this, I put in extra effort to become a more successful learner by working more effectively. Additionally, I recommend using Tuckman's team-building theory to create an effective team by managing and improving the performance of each member. I also suggest improving research skills by using keywords and breaking large topics into smaller parts. Continuous reading of articles and journals has provided me with valuable knowledge about various topics and work formats, contributing to greater work efficiency. These recommendations have helped me become a more effective learner and will offer future advantages in my professional career.
