Introduction To Strategic Management

Strategic management involves developing organizational strategies by systematically reviewing both internal and external environmental factors. It enables the organization to meet its goals and establish clear strategic priorities (Jeffs, 2008). This report aims to highlight my individual contribution to the group project on Malaysia Airlines. It also outlines the key research areas and skills identified in Section 4. Additionally, the report critically discusses the evaluated models from Section 4 and provides further details of my individual tasks.
A) Key Areas Of Research And Sources

In the group research report, I found out many important areas about Malaysian airlines and pointed out details for each subject matter. My key areas of research are as follows:

Financial areas: The main subject matter for this research is the procedure of collecting and distributing funds. Another key focus of this study is the financial issue confronted by Malaysian Airlines which relates to 2 major incidents that happened in the last 10 months. Management is working to find new investors for financial support.
