An organizational strategy is the sum of all the actions which an organisation take for achieving long-term goals. Together, these actions make up an organisation’s strategic plan (King and Boyatt, 2015). Strategic plans take at least a year to complete, requiring involvement from all organisation levels and divisions. Top management creates the larger organizational strategy, while middle and lower management adopt goals and plans to fulfil the overall strategy step by step. This unified effort to can be likened to a journey. Daily challenges such as road conditions must be overcome to complete sequential legs of the journey, which eventually lead to the ultimate destination. Along with this, strategy help in attaining long term benefits which may help organization to improve their performance level. Haringey London Borough Council is the local authority for the London Borough of Haringey in Greater London, England. It is a London borough council, one of 32 in the United Kingdom capital of London. Haringey is divided into 19 wards, each electing three councillors. Haringey London Borough Council comprises 42 Labour Party councillors, and 15 Liberal Democrats. The council was created by the London Government Act 1963 and replaced three local authorities: Hornsey Borough Council, Tottenham Borough Council and Wood Green Borough Council. Haringey London Borough Council established in 1965 by the amalgamation of three former boroughs. They also share borders with six another London boroughs (Pasquinelli, 2014). Haringey London Borough Council, a local authority that provides facilities regarding Adult social care and health. They basically gives services for wide areas that includes flood prevention, ambulance, personal and social cares. Along with this the organisation has taken responsibility that is given by Greater London Council which involves waste disposal. It was envisaged through the London Government Act 1963 that Haringey as a London local authority would share power with the Greater London Council. The split of powers and functions meant that the Greater London Council was responsible for "wide area" services such as fire, ambulance, flood prevention, and refuse disposal; with the local authorities responsible for "personal" services such as social care, libraries, cemeteries and refuse collection. As an outer London borough council it has been an education authority since 1965. This arrangement lasted until 1986 when Haringey London Borough Council gained responsibility for some services that had been provided by the Greater London Council, such as waste disposal. Since 2000 the Greater London Authority has taken some responsibility for highways and planning control from the council, but within the English local government system the council remains a "most purpose" authority in terms of the available range of powers and functions
In addition of this, Haringey council develop a strategy by which they easily implement their health services to clients. They use shared responsibility for improving health and well-being to promoting healthier Haringey. In this they focused in decision making partnership in which they include local authority's, adult and children's services. In this the main vision of Haringey council is to reduce the health inequalities with the help of working with communities in order to improve their health and also provide them opportunities to enjoy a healthy and safe life.

Along with this, Haringey also conduct new independent consumer champion to develop priorities which provide betterment to the society in order to increase positive image and also promote young people. In this context the strategy has three priorities to improve living standard of well-being are as follows:
