As per the given case scenario, on the 20th September 2017 an employees got an accident by rider operated lift truck. When I got to bay 5, the two trainees had just loaded the gearbox onto a pallet. I picked up the pallet with the fork lift and set off to the ready-use store. The store supervisor came along after a couple of minutes and said the ambulance was on its way. He asked Alan a few questions about what he was doing there in the long-term store. The ambulance arrived after about fifteen minutes. I haven’t moved the fork lift or the gearbox since the accident.
