INTRODUCTION
There are different communication styles and there is style of communication which has to be accepted by the employees and properly understood by them. It has to be properly understood by the person itself then only the words can be delivered to the people sitting all around in the auditorium or from one person to another. By understanding own communication style, the person can examine the weaknesses and strengths regarding. It also helps in understanding the way of communicating with others. This reduces clashes with others and provides the opportunity to become good and strong communicator.
PART 1
P1 Range of different communication styles and formats
Communication can be defined as way of talking. For real communication, person's ideas have to be be transferred in a proper way and has to be understood by other people. This comes in true communication. All persons talk and this an obvious type of task for everyday. Many gestures are used when the persons talk to each other. These gestures help in communicating with people without speaking any word. Different communication styles are there to convey the messages. The person should be aware of knowing different kind of communication styles to become more effective so that his points are cleared out publicly. Almost five types of communication styles can be described such as manipulative, submissive, passive-aggressive, aggressive and assertive(Mikeska J. Harrison R.L. Carlson L. and Coryn C.L. 2017). These all styles can be discussed in two days training event. Assertive Style is very effective and worthy style which is full of self esteem. The limits are known by the persons and the person is confidence while talking to another. This style is least used by the persons in the society. Here objectives can be achieved without hurting other person and the person respects another one having the complete protection of its own rights. They emotionally and socially expressive. Aggressive style is very loud, threatening and frighting. The person is not at all polite. In passive style people are untrustworthy and behave sarcastic and remains all the time complaining. With different communication styles if a person conveys then it doesn't mean that everything becomes easy. Sometimes interpersonal tax have to be paid in the form of dynamics with the right people. Effective communication with the colleagues go long run and bring down stress level. The correct situation and right place should be known for effective communication. If the communication is in assertive way that doesn't mean that it will always go in the specified way. The outcome will be satisfactory as the handling has been done in a well manner. Important point is that this style can be practised from home and can get a honest feedback.

PART 2
P3 Application of problem solving and discuss its importance in planning and running an event.
Problem solving techniques are important for making decisions. All person fix goals for their own selves, all face challenges in life and for all these reasons problem solving techniques are necessary. Business has to face challenges and a straightforward tool has to be applied to solve the problems. Similarly there are various strategies of solving the problems.
Problems can be solved by getting the complete picture of the of that difficulty in the mind as if what all is going on presently and what will happen in future. Problems contain many informations which are sometimes useful or should be sometimes should be sometimes ignored. The problem should always be converted into clear idea as so that the solution can be judged because the problem contains the pictures, cost-free information and words Afterwards the final goal can be finalised. Like exactly what the problem wants the person to do. Second step contains the planning required for the achievement of the goal. This planning helps to figure out the main reasons hidden behind the problems(Dalgaard N.T. Todd B.K. Daniel S.I. and Montgomery E. 2016). Thirdly action part is required which guides the person to implement planning and describes the person's action plan. Person start its planning process and achieve the goal. This should be done continuously without any kind of barrier. Finally checking is done like did the the person achieved his goal or not or something is remaining in the process in the end. Have all questions been answered by the person correctly during problem solving method or not. Many Strategic Planning is done to frame activities in the organizational practice. The problem solving techniques includes logical and creative approach towards problems, proper planning and executing the plans, preparation of objectives for the execution of plans. At Strategic level values and goals are defined. Strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses are determined and then finally a complete framework of the deployed strategy planning is applied. For all these steps one has to be a good communicator to understand his team responsibilities and do the continuous improvement in the team performance.
M2 Problem solving theory by different techniques
Problems can be solved by different techniques:
Understand the problem first : Whosoever it be whether it is a supplier or any attendee bringing up the problem in the event, just make surety of the problems and rectify it. Before taking it in hand.
Make the plan : everyone should know their roles and provide good delivery in the plan.
Admit it, if its your fault : It's useless to blame others and make illogical excuses. Just admit fault and fins the correct solution.
Implement and follow up : Impression is created by following up the solution of the problem.
P4 Application of critical reasoning and your experiences of it when working on a solution
Critical Reasoning is a kind of skill that creates objective and real ideas to concluded concepts. It helps in synthesising information, comparing different ideas and then giving conclusions from the extract of knowledge. It is the capability of thinking vastly and clearly like what should be done and should not be done, what should be believed or what should be ignored. It is mainly analysing real things from the segment of information. Analysis can be in different forms. It can be skeptical, rational or unbiased. Critical thinking according to the experience is self rectified, self driven and disciplined. For eg, a writer through his creative thinking gathers ideas and makes a story and attends the personalities and motivations of the characters of the stories(Zhou Z. Shoele K. Adhikari D. Yen J. Webster D. and Mittal R. 2015). A conclusion reached by the student through explaining the methodology very confidently. Many type of thinkers can be developed as critical thinkers like advanced thinkers, master thinkers, beginning thinkers and reflective thinkers. A type of hard and a simple process of learning is required in development of thinking. A reasonable ,open minded, reflective thinking is also a critical thinking. It cannot be told as hard kind of thinking, nor it is based on solving others problems. It is a goal-directed and conceptual type of thinking. One's own thinking is improved when the other person thinks about another in a manner that clarify his efficiency and helps in catching the errors of others. It can be defined as the logical connectivity between the ideas. A critical thinker easily understands the links in between the ideas. Then that thinker recognise the importance of ideas and arguments. Sometimes errors and inconsistencies occur in reasoning and through this one can approach problems easily and in a organized manner. Finally justification is done by putting reflection on values and beliefs. It is currently the capturing the person's mind in the best possible way so that meaningful result can be found. Then that person decides the validity related to that point and catches the weaknesses and finally provides organized reasoning of that topic.
M3 Range of solution Methodologies during preparation of event
Solutions Methodologies can be classified into fix-it or do-it type of scenario:
Fix-it : It means problem which is still existing is not resolved up till now. For example. A short term solution could be taken out to raise marketing activities of any company.
Do-it : The person wants to achieve of his/her choice is achieved by following the right path. It needs longer planning to achieve goals and objectives.
Other than this every solution methodology has a thorough and systematic procedure to follow. Evidences are cleared up to resolve the problem and causes are understood and then finally possible solution is implemented.
Communication During preparation of event :
a) From where do I Check in?
b) Where can I get drinks and food?
c) When will the event Start?
D2 Applying critical reasoning in preparation of an event
There are six main steps of applying critical reasoning:
Knowledge : Clear understanding of the problem should be there so that right path could be searched out quickly.
Involvement : When the problem gets detected then another step is to find the comprehensive solution of the problem. Here information regarding problems is collected and different research methods are discussed.
Application of the method : This step is a type of linkage between resources and information. One of the method is mind maps that an solve the problems.
Analyse: The situation is finally analysed after the information is gathered and building linkages.
Synthesis : In this step Consideration is done on the information.
Taking Action : This final step involves the complete evaluation of the problem.
