In a simple word it can be said that community is a social group of any size whose members reside in a specific locality, share, their value, beliefs, interest and thoughts with each other. In addition to this, by involvement people can learn many new skill, knowledge, idea and ability. However, in the community, sometime various kind of issue can occur like language barriers, lack of trust, structure issue, lack of coordination etc.
