Introduction
Podcast is a digital audio file which can get run on both computers and on mobiles phones (Meaning of Podcast, 2016). These are being made and can get downloaded from the internet and mostly they are available in series. In subscriber's system a podcast automatically gets downloaded so that he/she can stay updated with it. Another name of this is Netcast (Stadanlick, 2015). Web syndication is an element by which a series automatically gets downloaded right when it gets uploaded on internet. Present report is based on self reflection under which various theories and analysis has been indulge that will help in making decision in near future.
Main Body
I can enhance my own skills and knowledge through perfectly using the Podcast. This is major element that can be used by an individual which will aid in taking effective decisions in the future. Problems can easily be resolved by determining it and by doing research in an appropriate manner. Podcast can help me in taking knowledge which is related to business ethics so that I can enhance my own cognition. Along with this, by gained knowledge I can easily start grabbing attention of consumers in regards to do business digitalised completely. My own targets can get hit in short period of time with the help podcasting. Through implementing podcast in my life and listen to it on daily basis may aid me getting more and more smarter while working in an organisation. Along with this, I have analysed that there are ample number of issues that may arise and can become a barrier in order to understand the audio file or to learn from it. By this, it may be possible that I may learn slowly. Some of problems are national culture, leadership, organisational culture, ethics and CSR activities and so on. In all of these instabilities I have found leadership is one of the main issue which is being faced by me and continuously put me into stress. By this, I became less effective and started getting confused at workplace while taking effective determinations.
On the other hand, I started grabbing attention of consumers with the help of communicating them with vast knowledge where I became able to understand their basic needs and wants. Along with this, I can give suggestions to my supervisors by using my knowledge that may aid company in growing more faster at marketplace. This will help firm in giving rivalry to their competitors that are dealing in same segment or sector. I have found that use of digitalisation can aid companies in reducing their cost where they were spending more funds. Lastly, with the use of Contingency theory I started taking decisions that are most appropriate for firm by proper utilisation of external and internal situations.
I can use various theories through by which I can start my achieving my goals and objectives. Contingency theory is most relevant for me which may aid me in getting motivated again towards my job. Along with this, I can say that attaining goals had become easier for me. Away from this, Podcast can also assist me to get appropriate and updated knowledge which is related to digitalisation. With the help of this, hitting my own targets become really very easy to me where I can make appropriate decisions by using knowledge and skills which has been gained by listening to the audio's from podcast (Tosato and VanHook, 2016).
Podcast is much beneficial for me as this aids to enhance my level of motivation and working performance within certain period of time. With assistance of this, I will be able to deal with difficult circumstances and along with, improve my personal and professional targets. In addition to this, coveted targets will attain within limited time span (Doane, McCormick and Sorce, 2017). This technique aids to allot difference exercises to team members. Therefore, they will be able to accomplish their roles effectually. Leadership and motivation theory will assist to emcorage staff members towards work. Resulting, they will be able to attain coveted targets and objectives within limited period of time. By working in team, I will be able to increase production of company. Podcast helps to develop an appropriate assignment because by providing work to each members, it will get completed timely. This assists to diminish clashes and it is advantageous for association. To manage or organise overall work systematically; I will cater training sessions to workers. This aids to improve their learning and abilities (Sather and et. al., 2015). While developing appropriate relationships with workers, some problems were observed. Like, lack of communications, coordination and so on. It will affect overall performance of staff members either in a direct or indirect manner.
