This study focuses on the case of Dora and Simon, a married elderly couple. Dora suffers from Alzheimer's, and Simon is unable to care for her, so she has been moved to a nursing home. They agreed that Simon would visit her regularly. However, the hospital staff now wants to transfer Dora to a permanent nursing home far from Simon's home.
