The top management style follows by both TUI and Thomas Cook are different from one another. Each one is having its own unique style of Management to develop and design the goods and services using the needs and trends of the market and providing productive training to employees is resources in an optimum manner. Following are the management style of both companies in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives:
Thomas Cook: The Company gained popularity for its travel and tourism services and also for the role of management and staff so as to keep the potency in design and development of tourism products and services. It has been figured out that, its top management active style of Management for running and controlling business operation and engaging the employees. The mail emphasize on psychological, safety and self-actualization needs that help them in motivating their staff members so that they can perform incredibly hard towards achieving organizational goals and objectives. In addition to that with the help of this management style, they are able to direct their workers and collecting their suggestion or feedback for future improvement. It also assist in planning the future activities to meet the benchmarking standards individual set for each individual. With the help of this style management of TOI can easily create two way communication and organizational structure for assigning roles and responsibilities two staff members and managers by analyzing their capabilities and skills.
