Introduction
Training and development is an essential element for employees in every organisation, training events assist employees in developing significant skills and knowledge These skills helps employees to achieve growth in their career. The present report is in context to training event needs to be organised in an organisation for enhancing knowledge and skills of the employees. The report will identify various communication tools which can be used during planning and organisation of a training event. The utilisation of various problem solving techniques will also be identified in the report. Furthermore, a professional schedule of the event and presentation will be included in the following report. In addition to this the significance of team dynamics and Continuing Professional Development will be also discussed in this report.

In order to successfully execute the training event it is important to communicate relevant information regarding event among the employees and other people involved. Communication helps in conveying information about an event effectively among the people. Specially training events are designed and developed for employees development, hence they need to get every data or information about the event such as time, place, date, purpose etc. In order to communicate this information various methods or channels can be used as described below -
Emails – The most common but popular communication channel nowadays is Email, to convey important information to a huge audience without wasting much time the event planner or organisation can use email promotion. Sending email to each and every employee can help in conveying important information regarding the event among people(Broadbent and et.al ,2014).
Letters – The another communication tool can be letters or memos, it's a little time consuming method as each and every individual need to receive the letter. The head of department or managers needs to write letter regarding training event to their employees so that they can get information about the same.
Telephone conversation – Telephonic conversation can also be an effective communication channel for conveying the event information among employees of an organisation. Making reminder calls help employees to be ready or prepared for the training event.
Broadcasting – One of the most effective and easy communication method or channel for conveying information is broadcasting through internet. Every organisation has online existence nowadays, such as Facebook page, twitter account etc. In order to promote the training event and spread awareness related to it, organisation can broadcast or post significant content or information about the training event on their social media accounts. It can help to promote the event among a large audience in a short period.
