This helps to promote services frequently and this makes changes in working styles. It is important to know what changes can be done through which fast services can be served and there is less chances of error. Digitalisation helps to promotes services with the help of social media. Managers of British Airways are using this techniques so they can compete with external factors of business environment. There are some changes in working styles through which marketing of services is easy.

Background of the project

This report is based on digitalisation. A there are many changes taking place in environment is British Airways wants to know positive points of this concept and plan further policies accordingly. It is defined by analysing the probable benefits that a project is likeable to produce that will help a firm to attain its objectives efficiently and profitably. In case of introducing innovative and latest technology assists a company to enhance its overall organizational structure starting from its manufacturing unit to delivering products to its ultimate consumers. Introduction of digital technology in management helps a manger to make improvement.

Cost of project plan provides information in regard to the expenditure that is to be incurred by a British Airlines in adopting digital technology by thoroughly analysing each an every aspect of a project. Lack of proper planning, uncertainty avoidance and irregular monitoring on management part may lead to risks such as data hacking, leakage of confidential information related to firm etc. that are likely to negatively impact firms stability. Therefore in order be figurehead it is requite for British Airways to introduce new technology in its organization activities.

From above analysis I learned how a successful business plan for a project is designed which enhanced my knowledge about impact of disruptive technologies on activities of a business. During entire program I provide various inputs for identifying most appropriate method for conducting research that besides been cost effective is less time consuming. Also at the time of organizing the investigated data I assisted by my colleagues by explaining about software that is utilized in studying data, graphs and other information.
