Project Brief:
Equality plays significant role in all workplaces irrespective of whether the business employs of two people or hundred people. It is important to ensure same protection and opportunities without any kind of discrimination. Diversity of culture, behaviour, views of people adds value and increases the cope of new skills, capabilities, knowledge to make them productive at workplace. Management of equality and diversity is equally important as it influence the efforts of the employees working in an organisation. Discrimination and biases at workplace has directly affect the growth and productivity of the organisation. Therefore, many organisations oversee beyond any legal consequences and strategies to encourage equality and diversity to increase productivity, competitive spirit and opportunity.

- Work life balances and enhancement experiences
- Discrimination at workplace
Other recommended topics include:
- Differentiate between the discrimination and diversity and how it will impact the organisation.
- Supervising cultural diversity in human resource management.
- Use of managerial tools, challenges and opportunities that are interconnected with the diversity in the organisation.
- Training to the newly selected staff to develop new skills and knowledge.
Task 1
Provide research proposal as defines which includes:
a) Research ethics form
b) Research proposal form
The research proposal consists of topic, aims and objective of research. Literature review, time plan and research approach and methodology.
TASK 2
Analyse and research on the topic choose and communicate the final findings in the assessment format (5,000 words).
The final research project must include the following topics:
a) Overview: introduction, aims and objectives of your research and questions.
b) Literature Review: produce secondary research along with authentic references which is related to your research theme.
- Research methodology: Explain various research philosophy, therapies of quantitative and qualitative methods used to justify the research methods.
- Data Analysis and interpretations: Evaluate primary data using various tools with the help of charts and diagrams.
e) Research Outcomes: Submit a report on your finding to stakeholders of your organisations. Your report must include PowerPoint presentation (6-8 slides).
f) Reflection & Recommendations for alternative research methodology: Write a reflection of the appropriate research methods to meet the objective of business research project.
