Brief :
This is an individual assessment in which you are required to reflect on your participation within the course. In this assessment, you will identify the lessons that are learnt as well as consider the actions that can be taken for addressing lessons and improving further study projects.
Note: The learnings will be on the basis of the role played by you as a student in PPMP2000. Please make sure that it is not based on the case study.
Assessment Requirements:
You will require to ascertain a framework based on which you have learnt your lessons. Within the practice, the discussions of the lessons learnt are generally framed in such ways that they illicit the learnings. You are required to consider the most effective and best approaches for conducting this in context of the course as well as experiences gained during the term. You project will meet each of the given criteria:
- Use a framework to identify and record the lessons that are learnt as it would enable a process of meaningful lessons learnt. Address the general problems that are faced within the project of lessons learnt.
- A critical reflection on demonstration of the lessons learnt.
- Identify improvement strategies for every lesson based on SMART process (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bounded).
- Proper flow of ideas with a well-defined purpose discussed in introduction as well as an effectively articulated conclusion.
Directions for PowerPoint Presentation:
You are required to prepare, submit and present a 1-2 minutes presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint and each slide comprising one lesson learnt (refer to the template given). Use both the slides as well as the notes pages.
