The hospitality sector deals with providing services like dining, residential, party area, lounge, etc. There are several other divisions that are related to it like telecommunication, travel, and tourism that play a key role in planning and designing all business activities in a structured and thorough manner. The main purpose of this assignment is to identify the role of the hospitality sector within the travel and tourism sector (Abubakar and Ilkan, 2016). The selected organization for this report is Crowne Plaza which is a UK based multinational chain of hotels and resorts. Presently, the hotel is performing its business practices and operation in more than 410 locations. The given report covers the implication of integration, the rationale for developing a new business venture within hospitality sector, and develop an inter-relationship between the travel and tourism sector and the hospitality sector.

Interrelationships between hospitality & travel and tourism sector:
Hospitality often includes hotels, restaurants, theme parks etc. and offers various services like accommodation, food, beverages etc. that provide relaxation and rejuvenation to customers. The main motive behind offering these services is to provide high level of satisfaction and quality services to clients. Tourism on another hand involves movement of people from one place to another for both business as well as for leisure. It includes services like railways, airlines, tour operators, star cruise and travel agents.
Hospitality and tourism sectors are interconnected and interlinked to each other in order to provide quality services to consumers and to provide huge satisfaction as they can avail various services at single point of contact. In case of UK tourism is a major employment sector that provides around 225 million jobs and contributes approx 9% GDP to economy of UK. Government also plays a major role in implementing several legislations related to travel and tourism.

Package Holiday:
Hotels having involvement in package holidays are based on price that are been paid in regard of packages. For instance if people is taking budget package than they cant expect a 5 star accommodation. Crown hotels manges special agreements with travel agents who continuous checks the guests staying in hotel to ensure that they are experience comfortable stay. Also they take feedbacks from them regarding any suggestions or expectations. Although t these packages involves drinks, meals , tours hotels and other essentials however they do no provide customised packages like other hotels or packages offers.
Aviation:
Success of airline sector largely depends on accommodation availability. It is because in case of full occupancy in hotels in particular seasons there is chances of loss in this business. That's make it quiet important for airline companies to monitor the situations related to available of accommodation, available flight timings and days. Budget airline charges extra amount for providing food and beverages whereas there are other high class airlines that involves food and beverages as flight inclusions. Besides there are flights that provided luxurious seats , silver dining and bar facilities for its clients to enjoy their travel.

UK forms biggest destinations for organizing exhibition and conferences as it welcomes around 500 individuals very year. With most of travellers staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels like Crown Hotel, it helps in enhancing domestic economy as it generates funds of around 8 million pound for hotel.
Visitors Attractions:
Visitors attraction is all about individuals talk that creates interests among travellers. It involves several man made and natural tourists attractions like museums, natural parks etc. Most of these places are having restaurants as well as personal cafes where in travellers can enjoy.
