In the above discussed case study the five golf club model in Cunningham Gudgal Golf Resort are being created according to the international golf standard. The decision-making model is a generic very useful method for making valuable and solving problems in five phases that will directly increase the overall popularity of Cunningham Holdings. These model are mainly implemented in the golf club as it will bring more and more profitability and make customer demand fulfil those are interested in playing golf. The cost of making different model are appropriate and will definitely help club to generate more amount of revenue in order to attain the desired profit margin. Exclusive clubhouse will be beneficial as these are implemented to fulfil the need and request of key stakeholder which are consider to be valuable part of Cunningham Holdings.
From the five decision models, the most feasible models are shown in the tables. The implication on four feasible models whether they meet shareholders ‘original exclusive clubhouse requirement is depended upon various factors. These factors are on their hole’s configuration, total enjoyment index, total land used and the total construction cost.
