Proposal Outline
Justification
Traditional restaurants have been running business for a long period of time and there have been many changes in technology that causes them to make developments in their organisation. It is important to investigate such variations that happen in management and how this has affected them (Daries and et. al., 2018). Apple Pay is a mobile payment system that allows customers to pay bills while going out for food in restaurants. Customers do not need to carry cash and this makes it easier for both parties. Technology significantly helps in getting work done in an efficient and effective manner. Therefore, it is important to analyse different aspects of management practices, so that an understanding of value of technological changes can be addressed.
Methodology
This research will be conducted by using the deductive approach in which specific topic will be understand, how technological changes affect different traditional restaurants and their overall services. This will help in giving an understanding of how businesses respond to change and how much they develop from it (O'Brien and Saldanha, 2014). Data will be collected by using primary sources in which restaurants will be directly approached and interviewed by preparing a questionnaire. This will be done with the help of questionnaires (Bryman, 2017). Researcher will collect data from both sources private analysis will be done through qualitative and quantitative methods to make the research reliable and valid. At last, the Researcher will use random sampling method and select respondents from large population. The researcher will collect data from 20 managers of the company.
